CPI: Dynamic Competition in Dynamic Markets

The, Dynamic Competition in Dynamic Markets: A Path Forward, co-organized by Competition Policy International (CPI) and the Melbourne Law School, was hosted at the Melbourne Law School today. It aimed to generate a global perspective on a cutting-edge debate and included panels on:

  • Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Competition: How do we preserve value?

  • Privacy and Competition: Is There a Tension?

  • Big Data: Understanding and Analyzing its competitive effects

  • The Role of M&A in innovation ecosystems

It also featured a scene setting introductory ‘talk’ with Professor Frédéric Jenny and a luncheon talk with Tom Leuner, Executive General Manager, Mergers, Exemptions and Digital Division, ACCC.

The conference was held in person and livestreamed and video from the conference will be available on the CPI website.
