Bingo Industries pleads guilty to demolition waste cartel

Bingo Industries has entered guilty pleas in relation to criminal cartel conduct. The conduct relates to allegations of price fixing for demolition waste services in Sydney.

Bingo’s former manager and CEO has also been charged with two criminal offences.

The first case management hearing is scheduled to be heard by Justice Wigney on 20 October 2022.
