Pharma authorisation request withdrawn

In December 2021 pharmaceutical manufacturing company Celgene and generic drug companies Juno and Natco, sought authorisation for a settlement agreement relating to a patent dispute before the Federal Court.

In March the ACCC issued a draft determination proposing to deny authorisation.

Today (29 July 2022) the applicants withdrew their application
