Ex Bingo CEO pleads guilty to aiding and abetting price fixing

Former Managing Director and CEO of BINGO Industries has entered guilty pleas to criminal cartel offences relating to arrangements for demolition waste services in Sydney.

A sentencing is expected in March next year.

In August this year BINGO pleaded guilty to price fixing charges.
