Preliminary competition concerns over Forestry Corp of NSW proposed acquisition of Hume Forest Ltd assets

The ACCC has outlined preliminary concerns with the proposed acquisition by Forestry Corporation of New South Wales of the assets of Hume Forests Ltd.

Submissions on the SoI are due by 3 November and the proposed announcement date of the ACCC’s decision is 27 January 2023.
