ACCC authorises collective bargaining by members of Australian Hotels Association

The ACCC has granted authorisation to the Australian Hotels Association, associated entities and members, to collectively bargain with a range of hospitality suppliers. The ACCC concluded any public detriment was likely to be minimal and would be outweighed by associated public benefits.

Authorisation is granted until 2 July 2036.
