ACCC updates sustainability collaborations guide for business

In December 2024 the ACCC released a guide to assist business to ‘understand when collaboration to achieve positive sustainability outcomes is less or more likely to breach Australian competition law, and, where there is competition risk, whether an exception or exemption by the ACCC may apply.’

Updates in December 2025 ‘incorporate new case studies relating to modern slavery and amend one case study for clarity.’
