Shadow Treasurer, Andrew Leigh, has released a brief policy overview of what an elected ALP Government would do in this space.

Briefly, the proposal is to:

  • increase maximum penalties from $10 to $50

  • Establish a ‘Super Complaint’ function within the ACCC
