ACCC raises concerns over THL’s proposed acquisition of Apollo

The ACCC has published a Statement of Issues setting out preliminary competition concerns with THL’s proposed acquisition of Apollo. Concerns point to the acquisition removing THL’s closest and largest competitor for motorised RV rentals and the likely absence of competitive constraint post-merger.
