“From 20 March 2020 and throughout April and May, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) issued an unprecedented number of interim authorisations to permit co-operation by competitors during the COVID-19 global pandemic. These interim authorisations addressed a broad range of social, health and economic impacts arising from the pandemic – from supermarkets co-ordinating on measures to reduce "panic buying", to the integration of public and private hospitals to ensure co-ordinated and consistent care for COVID-19 patients. …“
