Parties agree to settle in Dialogue / Instagram proceedings
Hearing in the private action brought by Dialogue Consulting (app developer) against Instagram, Facebook & Meta commenced on 1 September and was scheduled to continue until 18 September. Instead, it was cut short on 8 September after the parties agreed to a confidential settlement; the matter has now been adjourned until 16 October 2026.
