ACCC opposes MicroStar’s proposed acquisition of Konvoy’s assets
Following a Phase 2 assessment the ACCC has concluded that “MicroStar acquiring the assets of Konvoy, the only other provider of keg pooling services in Australia, would be likely to substantially lessen competition”
