Countrywide Australasia collective bargaining authorisation granted until 2031

The ACCC has granted authorisation to Countrywide Australalisa Ltd for its members (foodservice distributors) to collectively negotiate trade terms with suppliers. The ACCC considers the arrangement is likely to result in minimal, if any, public detriment and that any such detriment would be outweigh by associated benefits. Authorisation is granted until 7 May 2031.
