ACCC Enforcement Priorities 2026-27

ACCC Chair, Gina Cass-Gottlieb, has announced the ACCC’s compliance and enforcement priorities for 2026-2027 at a CEDA event in Sydney.

Among priorities for the coming year is:

  • Competition in supermarket and retail sectors, ‘focusing on firms with market power and conduct that impacts small business’

  • Promoting competition in essential services

  • Competition issues in the aviation sector

  • Promoting competition in digital markets
