ACCC raises concerns with proposed hotel acquisition

The ACCC has outlined concerns with Endeavour Group’s proposed acquisition of the Rye Hotel. It is concerned that the acquisition would substantially lessen competition in the supply of takeaway liquor in the Rye area.
