Cass-Gottlieb delivers Opening address to LCA Workshop

Ms Gina Cass-Gottlieb, ACCC Chair, gave the Opening address on September 9 to the Law Council Annual Competition and Consumer Law Workshop. In her speech she set out her view of the ACCC’s key priorities for the year ahead as well as the ACCC’s current thinking and approach on enforcement and merger work.
