CFMEU and J Hutchinson to pay penalties for boycott

The Federal Court has ordered the CFMEU and J Hutchinson Pty Ltd to pay penalties of $750,000 and $600,000 respectively for boycott conduct contravening sections 45E and 45EA of the CCA.
