ACCC proposes to authorise Telsta and NBN Co to amend broadband agreements

In a draft determination released today the ACCC is proposing to authorise Telstra and NBN Co to amend agreements entered into from 2011 and 2014 which facilitated the NBN rollout. The need for the change stems from a proposal of the Telstra Group to restructure its organisation.
