A few merger updates to end the year.

The ACCC did not oppose

• Woodside’s proposed acquisition of BHP Petroleum

• Amazon’s proposed acquisition of MGM

The ACCC also did not oppose Veolia’s proposed acquisition of Suez, subject to receiving several court enforceable undertakings.
