Federal Court dismisses NSW Ports case

The Federal Court has dismissed the ACCC’s proceedings against NSW Ports Operations. The ACCC had argued that certain agreements (Port Commitment Deeds) that were made when Port Botany and Port Kembla were privatised in 2013, had an anti-competitive purpose and effect.
