Federal Court stays proceedings in Epic Apple dispute

Justice Perram in the Federal Court has stayed proceedings for a period of three months in Epic’s competition dispute against Apple. Apple sought the stay, arguing that agreement between the parties required that disputes be heard by courts in the Northern District of California.

If Epic has not sued Apple within the three months of the stay period then the stay will become permanent.
