Gina Cass-Gottlieb appointed next ACCC Chair
Gina Cass-Gottlieb will replace Rod Sims as Chair of the ACCC on 21 March 2022.
Although Gina has been nominated by the Treasurer as the next ACCC boss, the appointment is subject to approval by the states and territories; approval is not likely to be withheld.
Gina is currently a senor partner in Gilbert + Tobin’s competition and regulation practice.
