ACCC seeks injunction to stop fertility clinic acquisition

The ACCC has filed in the Federal Court seeking an ‘urgent injunction to stop the proposed completion of Virtus Health’s acquisition of Adora Fertility from Healius Limited’.

The ACCC was conducting a public review of the transaction when the parties notified the ACCC it proposed to complete on 15 October 2021.
