ACCC authorises processors to cooperate on Victorian chicken meat supply

The ACCC has authorised Ingham’s Group and other chicken processors to work together to reduce the impact of COVID-19 on the chicken meat industry.

The authorisation is a conditional interim authorisation; it will remain in pace until a final authorisation is granted or authorisation is revoked. The authorisation application was made on Thursday and granted Monday (today).
