Authorisation for private and public hospitals to continue cooperation

The ACCC as proposed authorising private and public hospitals and government health authorities to continue working together in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The ACCC proposes granting authorisation until 30 September 2021.

Submissions are invited by 24 July 2020 and final determination is expected in August.
