Wallenius Wilhelmsen pleads guilty to criminal cartel conduct

Shipping company Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean AS (WWO) has entered a guilty plea to criminal cartel conduct in the Federal Court today.

In August 2019 the CDPP charged WWO with cartel conduct relating to the transportation of vehicles to Australia between June 2011 and July 2012.

Sentencing will occur on a later date.
