Minimum price proposal on power tools raises ACCC concerns

The ACCC has announced that it plans to revoke an RPM notification lodged by Stanley Black & Decker last October to set a minimum advertised price for Dewalt brand power tools.

In its draft notice the ACCC indicates it plans to revoke notification because any public benefits arising from the conduct would not outweigh likely detriments.
